How it works

Two phases: register now, vote in the fall. Your part is a form, a signature, and a drop-off — we carry everything else across the ocean.

Phase 1 · Now

Get registered

  1. 1. Fill out the online form You

    About ten minutes. Name, your last US address, and the last four digits of your SSN or your driver’s license number.

  2. 2. We prepare your official form We do it

    Your answers become the official federal absentee registration form (the FPCA), filled out correctly for your state. We email it to you ready to print.

  3. 3. Print it and sign it You

    That’s the only paperwork you touch.

  4. 4. Drop it off You

    Bring the signed form to a drop-off location near you. Not near one? You can mail it yourself — we send you exact instructions.

  5. 5. We get it to the US We do it

    We mail your original signed form to your local election office and follow up until your registration is confirmed.

Registration deadline: New York must receive your form by October 24, 2026 (other states differ). Overseas mail is slow — get us your signed form by Oct 1 to be safe.

Phase 2 · In the fall

Vote

  1. 1. Your ballot arrives by email The county

    Around Sep 18, your county sends your ballot to the email address on your form. No waiting on overseas mail to get it.

  2. 2. Print, vote, sign You

    Print your ballot, mark your choices, and sign where indicated.

  3. 3. Drop it off You

    Same as before — bring it to a drop-off location, or mail it yourself. (Voted ballots must go back by physical mail.)

  4. 4. We mail it to your county We do it

    Your ballot must be postmarked by November 3, 2026 — Election Day — and received within 13 days after. We make sure it’s in the mail with time to spare, and confirm when it’s done.

We don’t let you fall through the cracks

You get an email at every stage — form ready, form received, form mailed, registration confirmed, ballot sent, ballot mailed. If a step stalls, we chase you until it’s done. That’s the whole point.
